We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, profile information, posts, messages, and transaction data within money pools. We also collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, and interaction patterns to improve the platform experience.
We use your information to provide and improve the platform, facilitate trusted connections between members, enable community features such as groups and money pools, and send notifications related to your account activity. We may also use aggregated, anonymized data to understand platform usage patterns.
We do not sell your data. Information is shared only within your groups and communities as needed for platform functionality. Your trust score, pool contributions, and commitment history are visible only to relevant group members and pool participants. We may share data with service providers who help us operate the platform, subject to strict confidentiality agreements.
We use encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews to protect your data. Proof packets include cryptographic hashes for integrity verification. While no system is perfectly secure, we take reasonable measures to safeguard your information.
You can access, update, or delete your account data at any time through your account settings. You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account entirely. We will respond to such requests within 30 days.
